High-level independent evaluation of ILO’s research and knowledge management strategies and approaches, 2010–2019
This report presents the findings of the high-level evaluation ILO’s research and knowledge management strategies and approaches. The evaluation was undertaken using internationally accepted evaluation criteria covering relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability. The evaluation aims to generate insights into organizational performance within the context of the ILO’s results-based management system, and are expected to contribute to decision-making on policies, strategies and accountability.
